Well, for starters, it's the healthy way to treat. Also, carob is an
all-natural alternative to chocolate (it's is a bone-a-fide legume, you
know) that's packed with hound-healthy vitamins like A, B1, B2, B3, and
D, as well as minerals like calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium,
and iron. Plus, it provides as much vitamin B1 as asparagus, the same
amount of niacin as lima beans, lentils, or peas, and more vitamin A
than eggplant, asparagus, and beets. (And who said Rover wouldn't get
his vegetables?) What's more, it's rich in protein (80%). It's low in
fat and calories. It's free from the toxic and allergy-causing effects
of caffeine, theobromine, and oxalic acid found in cocoa. And it's how
we bake each treat with the jowl-drooling sweetness (and goodness) that
dogs beg for. So, when you stop to think about it, the question you may
find yourself asking is, "Why not carob?"

into each TCL treat, sniff out our ingredients section.
